Catering Terms & Conditions

A | Full Service Catering

Includes attendants, equipment, cutlery, tableware, napkins etc.

• Reservations for villa, hotels or house celebrations should be made 15 days prior to the event
• Deposit should have been made within 10 days, 50% of the total amount to secure the booking. 4 days prior to the event, full payment should be completed
• We charge 15% tax and service on the total amount
• The minimum amount for the buffet catering is IDR 25,000,000. In case that you want to include beverages minimum order is IDR 25,000,000 and this will include 2 bartenders to do the service.

B | Meal Catering (delivery only)

If you want to get catered certain items you can choose from our menu, for free delivery with a minimum order of IDR 5,000,000, and under IDR 5,000,000 you need to pick up by yourself.

C | Box Catering (Nasi Kotak)

With the minimal amount of IDR 5,000,000 we offer free delivery service, and with the amount below IDR 5,000,000 you need to pick up by yourself. If a request is made for delivery service and the amount is below our standards, a certain fee will be applied. Within 3 days full payment should have been done.

D | Food Tasting

For food tasting please contact us by email, we will reply as soon as possible and we will provide you with a quotation.

E | Cancellations

if you make a cancellation, 5 days before the event we will charge 50% of the total deposit. If you make a cancellation within 3 days we will charge 75% of the total amount. And if the cancellation is made 1 or 2 days prior to the event we will charge the whole payment.
